To secure and confirm your reservation, a deposit payment must be completed online during the checkout process. Upon successful completion, an official booking confirmation will be dispatched via email.

2.48-Hour Modification & Cancellation Notice

Customers may reschedule or cancel their booked service appointment free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit, or if our technicians cannot gain access to the premises at the agreed time due to customer absence, the paid deposit will be retained to cover allocated operational resources and technician scheduling.

3.Estimated Project Duration & Service Delivery Timeframe

The standard project duration for the complete removal and renovation service is estimated to take between 3 to 5 working days from the commencement of on-site work to final delivery, depending on the scale and complexity of the property.

4.Initial On-Site Assessment & Preparation

Our certified specialists arrive at the property within the confirmed time window. The team conducts a thorough technical assessment of the existing aging water pipe network, safely shuts off the main water supply line, and establishes protective containment measures within the work area.

5.Systematic Removal of Aging Pipes

The team carefully disconnects and extracts the designated old and worn water pipe sections. All dismantled materials are safely removed from the immediate workspace, and the connection junctions are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the upcoming installation phase.

6.Renovation, Fitting & New Installation

New replacement pipe segments and fittings are accurately measured, assembled, and integrated into the property’s infrastructure. Technicians secure all structural mounts, check alignments, and complete the physical assembly according to rigorous operational standards.

7.Pressure Testing, Final Handover & Balance Settlement

Upon completion of the physical installation, rigorous pressure and leak tests are executed to verify system integrity and safety. The system is flushed, the main water supply is restored, and the work area is thoroughly cleaned. Finally, a joint walkthrough and inspection are conducted with the client, formalizing the service completion and settling the remaining service balance.
