Retrofitflow provides scheduled pipe replacement and renovation services. When you book an appointment through our website (www.retrofitflow.com) and pay the required deposit, you enter into a binding service agreement governed by this policy and applicable German and European Union consumer protection laws.
You may cancel your scheduled service appointment subject to the following timeframes:
Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time, or if our technicians arrive at the service location and are unable to access the property due to customer absence or fault, the deposit is non-refundable to cover preliminary scheduling and dispatch allocation.
For consumers within the European Union, statutory distance selling regulations generally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for service contracts concluded online.
Expressed Consent to Performance: By booking a service scheduled to commence within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you explicitly request that Retrofitflow begins the execution of services before the withdrawal period expires.
Loss of Withdrawal Right: You acknowledge that upon full performance of the service, or if the service has been fully initiated with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with European and German civil law provisions (Section 356 Paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code – BGP).
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout.
Funds typically reach your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the processing timelines of your financial institution.
You may reschedule your appointment without financial penalty provided the change is requested at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window may be subject to a rescheduling administration fee.
